How much does the ebook cost?
The digital edition costs US$7.99. Any tax required for your location will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Is this the physical hardback?
No. The $7.99 product is the digital ebook. The hardback is a separate product priced at $27.99 and sold through Amazon, subject to Amazon's delivery, pricing and returns terms.
Why does the checkout ask for my address?
No physical product is shipped when you buy the ebook. Your address may be requested for payment verification, fraud prevention and the correct calculation of any applicable tax.
How will I receive the ebook?
After successful payment, access instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout. These instructions provide access to the secure digital reader and any download option included with your purchase.
What if the access email does not arrive?

What is the refund policy for the digital edition?
Because access is delivered digitally after payment, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once access instructions have been issued, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
